Can I change an order after I've placed it?

We may be able to cancel or edit the address on your order within 15 minutes of placing the order. After 15 minutees, we will be unable to cancel or edit any order. If this is something you’d like to do, email as soon as possible!

We are unable to add items or adjust quantities on orders that have already been placed.

Do you save payment details?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 

Promotions & Coupons?

To use a promo code, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page. Enter the code in the provided “Gift card or discount code” box in your cart and click “Apply”! Only one promo code can be applied per order. Promotions do not apply to gift cards. All promo codes have an expiration, please email us if you have any questions.
