Shipping Policy

Shipping in the US and Canada

• Gay Jock Underwear offers FREE shipping on all US and Canada orders, with no minimum purchase.
• Please allow for 1-7 business days for processing and to 1 week to 3 weeks for shipping within the United States. 
• However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 8 weeks. It depends on what you purchased/where you live.
• Email sales@gayjockunderwear.com for specific shipping times questions.
• Tracking information is available for all US and Canada orders.
• Tracking information can take several days to update. If you do not see tracking updates, please try again in a few days.
• All US orders are shipped by US Postal Service product in partnership with other air mail services.
• All other products ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately to expedite shipping times. (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. In this case, a tracking number will be provided for each parcel.
  
• Orders placed during the Chinese New Year holiday may be delayed and processed after the holiday.

Shipping outside the US and Canada

• Gay Jock Underwear offers FREE shipping WORLDWIDE with no minimum.
• International orders are shipped either by e-packet, or by other air mail.
• Tracking information is available for all e-packet orders and most air-mail orders.
• Tracking information can take a few days to update. If you do not see tracking updates, please try again in a few days.
• In order to expedite shipping times, some products may be shipped separately. 
• Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
• Products may be shipped separately. In this case, a tracking number will be provided for each parcel.
• Please allow up to 1-7 days for processing. Most international orders arrive within 1-4 weeks. Shipping to certain countries may take as long as 8 weeks.
• Shipping times vary by destination country.
• Products ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately to expedite shipping times. (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. In this case, a tracking number will be provided for each parcel.

Important Notice for buyers

• Gay Jock Underwear L.L.C. is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is refused by the buyer because of a customs charge, it will be marked abandoned and cannot be refunded. 

Customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes:     

• Import Taxes and Duties may apply upon delivery and not included in the final price. They are payable by the buyer. Please contact your customs office for more information on importing goods and related charges. 
• The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Third Party Mail Forwarding Services:

• Please be aware that Gay Jock Underwear L.L.C. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/ missing items from the use of mail forwarding services. Shipping to the mail forwarding company is the only available tracking we can provide.

Hotel, Motel, Convention Deliveries:

• We do not ship to guests of Hotels, Motels, or Conventions, any orders placed will be refunded within 24-72 hours.

• We ship to the following countries: United States, Canada. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, New Zealand, and Mexico.

Will this item get to me before _________? 

• If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
