5) Entrusted Processing (Processors) vs. Third-Party Provision

We engage service providers (e.g., e-commerce platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, anti-fraud, analytics, support tools) under contracts that limit their use to our instructions and require appropriate safeguards. We supervise entrusted processors as required by APPI. Entrusted processing is not a “third-party provision.”

6) Third-Party Provision & Record-Keeping

When we provide personal data to third parties (other than entrusted processors), we do so with consent or as permitted by law and keep records as required by APPI. Recipients must use the data only for the stated purposes and protect it appropriately.

7) Cross-Border Transfers (Art. 28 APPI)

Personal data may be transferred to countries outside Japan (e.g., the United States) for the purposes in this Policy. Prior to such transfers, we inform you of the destination country’s personal information protection system and our safeguards (contractual, organizational, and technical). Where required, we obtain your consent before transfer.

8) Joint Use (Kyōdō Riyō)

We do not jointly use personal data under APPI Article 27(5). If this changes, we will disclose the items jointly used, scope of joint users, utilization purposes, and the party responsible for the management of such data.

9) Security Measures

• Organizational: role-based access, vendor due diligence, contractual safeguards
• Human: staff confidentiality and training
• Physical: device safeguards and secure storage by providers

10) Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes (e.g., tax and contract claims for applicable statutory periods) and then delete or de-identify it in a secure manner.

At this time, we do not create Anonymously Processed Information or Pseudonymously Processed Information under APPI. If we do in the future, we will disclose required items and comply with applicable handling rules.

4) Cookie・広告ID・個人関連情報

個人関連情報: 当社が第三者に識別子（例: Cookie ID）を提供し、その第三者がそれを個人データとして取得する場合、APPIに基づき、事前に必要事項を開示し、お客様の事前同意を取得します。

5) 委託先（プロセッサ）と第三者提供の区別

当社は、契約により当社の指示目的のみに利用を限定し、適切な保護措置を義務付ける条件で、サービス提供者（例: ECプラットフォーム、決済事業者、配送業者、不正対策、分析、サポートツール）を利用します。当社はAPPIに基づき委託先を監督します。委託は第三者提供には該当しません。

6) 第三者提供および記録の作成等

（委託先を除く）第三者に個人データを提供する場合、同意を得るか、または法令で認められる範囲で行い、APPIに基づく記録を作成・保存します。受領者は、特定された目的のためにのみデータを利用し、適切に保護しなければなりません。

7) 越境移転（APPI第28条）

本ポリシーに定める目的のため、日本国外（例: 米国）へ個人データを移転する場合があります。その際は、移転先国の個人情報保護制度および当社の保護措置（契約上・組織上・技術上）についてお知らせします。必要に応じて、移転前にお客様の同意を取得します。

8) 共同利用（Kyōdō Riyō）

当社は、APPI第27条第5項に基づく個人データの共同利用は行っていません。将来変更が生じる場合は、共同利用の項目、共同利用者の範囲、利用目的、管理者を開示します。

9) 安全管理措置

• 組織的措置: 役割に応じたアクセス制御、ベンダー審査、契約上の保護
• 人的措置: 従業員の守秘義務・教育
• 物理的措置: デバイス保護、提供者による安全な保管
• 技術的措置: 通信のHTTPS/TLS、アクセス制御、ログ、不正防止ツール

10) 保管期間

当社は、本ポリシーに定める目的の達成に必要な期間（例: 税務・契約請求の法定保存期間）に限り個人データを保有し、その後は安全な方法で削除または匿名化します。

現時点で、当社はAPPI上の匿名加工情報または仮名加工情報を作成していません。将来作成する場合は、必要事項を開示し、適用される取扱いルールに従います。

11) APPIに基づくお客様の権利
